Yes. Centre One includes a reception kiosk, visitor, staff, volunteer and contractor sign-in, attendance records and a live fire register showing who is currently on site.
Can Centre One manage room bookings, staff and funding?
Yes. Centre One Pro includes room and space bookings, notifications, staffing, HR, compliance, finance, payroll records and calculations, fundraising, funding awards, evidence and reporting alongside the core people and attendance tools. Live HMRC-connected VAT submission and PAYE/RTI filing are coming soon and remain subject to HMRC testing, recognition and approval.

How much does Centre One Pro cost?
Centre One Pro is £29 per month or £299 per year. Every Pro module is included, with no separate paid feature packs. A free Centre One Community edition is also being prepared for WordPress.org.
What is the difference between managed and self-managed Centre One?
Both routes include the same complete Centre One Pro feature set. With managed Centre One, the platform and updates are looked after for you. With self-managed Centre One, your organisation runs it on a compatible WordPress environment.
